French auctionneers Tessier-Sarrou & Associates are proud to announce the sale of a Londoner interior at auction, on 28 March at Drouot, Paris. The beautiful three-storey flat, overseeing Regent’s Park, was decorated in 1989 by the celebrated Italian interior design company, Colombostile. Every piece of furniture of the apartment, from the sofas to the beds or curtains and cushions will be offered at reasonable estimates. This auction is a wonderful opportunity for collectors to appreciate exquisite quality of craftsmanship.
The sale also includes 90 handbags and 55 pairs of shoes, again from the most renowned designers, such as Dior, Chanel, Louboutin, Vuitton, Fendi, Gucci, Prada, etc. Connoisseurs and amateurs will be able to bid live from the saleroom through Drouot’s new online platform, Drouot Digital.

Each piece of furniture has been carefully selected by the present owner among the creations of Colombostile to create an eclectic decor. Craftsmanship is the high point of this collection: the quality of each material used in the production of pieces is impeccable, from wood to fabric. All the rooms of the apartment have their own identity and atmosphere, and collectors will be able to identify themselves to the different furniture collections created by Colombostile, from contemporary to classic or eclectic creations. No other than Michael Jackson was very fond of Colombostile’s creations, who had furnished a home with several Italian hand-made pieces of furniture.

The collector’s garde-robe will also be included in the sale. Just like the interior decoration of the apartment, the contents of the dressing is colorful, ecclectic and chosen only among the best creators. 55 pairs of shoes, 90 handbags and even some prised bottles from the cellar will be offered at extremely attractive estimates considering the quality of every item.
